Refund Policy

At www.boukify.com customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds in accordance with the E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Certain products may not be eligible for refund due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items, opened electronics).


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital products or downloadable content once delivered

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products returned after the 7-day window (unless under warranty)


3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact our support team at Shanbouk7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and may ask for supporting photos or videos.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or ask you to ship it back.

  4. Once the item is inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (credit/debit card, Mada, etc.).
Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.


4. Shipping Fees

  • If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or model (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
